Terms of Service

1. Services

Sawatdi OÜ (registry code 14902539) provides massage and wellness services at Kalma 9, Tallinn, Estonia. Available services, durations, and prices are listed on our booking page and may be updated from time to time.

We reserve the right to refuse services without explanation. Inappropriate behavior, inappropriate speech, or being intoxicated may result in refusal of services.

2. Booking and cancellation

Appointments are booked through our online booking system. By confirming an appointment, you agree to attend at the scheduled date and time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible through the link provided in your confirmation.

Providing an email address or phone number is optional. However, without contact details we are unable to send appointment confirmations, reminders, or updates. It is the client's responsibility to remember the appointment date and time if no contact information is provided.

We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule as early as possible. Repeated no-shows without notice may result in future booking restrictions.

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to end at the originally scheduled time. The full appointment price still applies.

3. Pregnancy restriction

Massage services are not performed at any stage of pregnancy. If you are pregnant, please refrain from booking an appointment. Appointments will be cancelled if the client is found to be pregnant at the time of the session.

4. Age restriction

Clients under the age of 18 may receive services only with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept the payment methods indicated at our location. Prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes.

6. Vouchers and gift cards

Stebby vouchers

• We reserve the right to mark a Stebby voucher as used as early as 24 hours before the confirmed appointment start time.
• A no-show without advance notice of at least 2 hours (call, email, or message) or a documented emergency will result in the voucher amount up to the cost of the appointment being non-refundable.
• Unused vouchers can be refunded through Stebby.
• A single voucher can cover multiple appointments while balance remains.
• An appointment can be partially paid by voucher, with the remainder covered by other payment methods, including other vouchers.

SAWATDI gift cards

• A no-show without advance notice of at least 2 hours (call, email, or message) or a documented emergency will result in up to the full cost of the appointment being deducted from the gift card balance without refund.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
• Gift cards have an expiration date as stated on the card.
• A single gift card can cover multiple appointments while balance remains and the card is not expired.
• An appointment can be partially paid by gift card, with the remainder covered by other payment methods, including other vouchers.

7. Liability

Our services are provided by qualified professionals. However, massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have any medical conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before booking. SAWATDI is not liable for any adverse effects resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
